The following are products that we utilize in the clinic for our patients and clients. The prices include tax. There is an additional charge for shipping and handling. All sales are final on products.
Dilator
Women with penetration difficulties utilize vaginal dilators to prepare for insertion whether it is with intercourse or tampon use. Through the proper use of dilators, women can develop control over involuntary tightness and desensitize the pelvic floor muscles to the sensation of having something in their vagina. The small size dilator is the first in the series.

Heel Lift – Small, Medium or Large
Adjustable Heel Lifts are used in our clinic to address leg length discrepancies, restore normal muscle tone and assist with postural alignment. The Adjust-a-Lift is made of 1/8" three layers of neoprene rubber and a layer of leather on top. The layers can be removed to approximate the correct height when placed in a shoe. The insole does not need to be removed, as the top leather cover is absorbent and comfortable. It can be used in both sport and dress shoes. Sold individually, not in pairs.

Maternity Belt – Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large
A maternity belt is usually used during the last two trimesters of a pregnancy to provide additional support and to decrease pressure in the lower back, hips, and legs. It can lessen back pain, discomfort and fatigue as the uterus stretches to accommodate a growing baby.

McKenzie Lumbar Roll
This polyurethane foam roll assists with postural alignment and supports the natural curvature of the spine during sitting. The McKenzie Lumbar Roll has a removable, elastic strap which allows patients use the roll with numerous types of chairs and car seats. This lumbar roll has a removable, washable cotton/polyester cover. Measurements are 4½"D x 11"L.

Pro-Roller
A foam roller stretches muscles and breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. By using your own body weight, you can perform a self-massage, myofascial release and break up tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Measurements are 36 inches x 6 inches round.

Roll for Control Ball
The Roll for Control Ball is used to facilitate inner thigh recruitment, strengthening and endurance. The inner thigh (adductor muscle) assists with supporting the pelvic floor muscle. In our clinic, we use the Roll for Control Ball with our patients who are suffering from pelvic floor weakness which can lead to organ prolapsed and urinary and fecal incontinence.

Sensor (Pathway)
Pathway Vaginal/Rectal Sensors are used in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. They are for use with any Pathway EMG to teach the patient to properly contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles.

The Serola Sacroiliac Belt is designed to support the sacroiliac joints through compression of the pelvis, therefore decreasing stress and instability in the weight bearing structures. It can decrease pain and discomfort in the low back, hip, and pelvis.

TheraPearl Cold/Hot Pack – 2.75 x 5 inches (Oval)
Therapearl is used in our clinic for patients who might need cold or hot therapies. Ice treatments may be used for chronic conditions to decrease swelling and pain. Heat treatments may be used for chronic conditions to help relax and loosen tissues, and to stimulate blood flow to the area. Therapearl can be placed in a freezer and/or microwave.

Tush Cush
Tush Cush Seat Cushion is designed to relieve back and pelvic pain in addition to discomfort associated with sitting. The Tush Cush tips the pelvis forward to help restore the spine's natural lumbar curve while suspending the tailbone in the air to decrease the pressure on the lower spinal discs. The cut-out section of the cushion decreases pressure on the pelvic floor. The Tush Cush is a wedge that tapers from 3 inches in the back to 1 inch in the front.

Wonder W'edge
The Wonder Wedge assists in aligning the spine, positioning organs and normalizing circulation of the pelvis. Our patients use the Wonder Wedge to help assist in decreasing back and pelvic pain and increasing bladder and bowel health. The Wonder W'edge, is an easily inflatable, latex-free wedge.
