The practice of Women’s and Men’s Health Physical Therapy continues to grow.  However, many patients do not have access to physical therapists who specialize in evaluating and treating these diagnoses.  Sullivan Physical Therapy offers individualized treatment options for those patients who need to come from out of town for physical therapy.

Each of our out of town patients will be seen by a physical therapist for evaluation and treatment.  Patients will have the option to be treated more than once depending on their schedule.   Each patient will receive an individualized treatment plan and home exercise program that will address follow up care.  In addition to receiving education on their diagnoses, our clinic also provides partner training and healthcare professional observation.  If your physical therapist is unable to travel with you, our physical therapists can provide a physical therapy plan of care to take home. 

If patients are interested in being seen pre-operation or post-operation, please check with your physician for restrictions.

In order to be seen by our physical therapist, each patient will need a physician prescription for physical therapy evaluation and treatment. 

We accept most health insurances and also have self pay alternatives.  Please contact Michelle for payment options.
